The making of second film in trilogy – “Kollision”

The short “Jag Har Din Rygg” (I’ve Got Your Back) I have mentioned a couple of times was the first film out of a trilogy created by Sebastian Lagerkvist and David Nzinga. The film came out to be a gem and as mentioned before, has been selected for this years Chelsea Film Festival in New York. A couple of weeks ago Sebastian and David got most of the crew from the first film together and headed off to a secret location in Hammarby Sjöstad to make the second film of the trilogy, “Kollision” (Collision).

Directed by Sebastian Lagerkvist, Produced by Malin Artmark and David Nzinga, shot and captured by Markus Frykberg. 4 great days with an awesome crew, some familiar faces from the first shoot and some new great people involved in this short production.

“Kollision” is a short touching a tough subject of friendship and a subject most of us gone through, two best buddies and a girlfriend. In this film the main characters are Elin (Bidisha Larsson), Marco (Matez Monir Garci) and Alexander (David Nzinga). The short intro to the film is that Marco is in love with Elin, but Elin is Marco’s best friend Alexander’s girlfriend. The morning after a crazy night out, they eat breakfast together and Alexander has a feeling that there are some feelings between Elin and Marco. Will Alexander confront Marco, his best buddy? Will their friendship survive? Who is more important, the girlfriend or the best friend? How will this end?

The only way to find out is to wait for the film! Once again, it’s well written and well captured. “Kollision” is being cut and put together as we speak and I can not wait to see it once its put together. But in mean time I have included some behind the scenes footage for you to see just below.
